In short: GreatFireVPN costs from $3.33/mo; free option: 30-day trial, no sign-up. Platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
A product from the well-known anti-censorship organization GreatFire.org (launched in 2025 as a successor to their earlier FreeBrowser tool), with seven different circumvention methods (Meek, Webtunnel, V2Ray, Hysteria2, XRay-XHTTP, DNSTT) and a dedicated feature for accessing banks and government sites from Russia, China, Iran, and Turkmenistan. Split tunneling is Android-only. Up to 10 devices. The organization's own jurisdiction isn't publicly disclosed, typical for anti-censorship projects of this kind.
