TouchVPN
A free (ad-supported on the free tier) VPN from Aura (formerly Pango/AnchorFree, which also owns Hotspot Shield). Its own privacy policy openly acknowledges logging location, ISP, and traffic volume, and sharing data with advertising partners on the free tier — it doesn't claim a strict "no-logs" policy. According to user reports, the Windows and iOS apps use the outdated PPTP protocol.
