VPN360
In short: VPN360 costs from $1.99/mo; free option: Free Basic tier with unlimited traffic. Platforms: Windows, iOS, Android.
A budget VPN from Pango/Anchorfree (the same owners as Hotspot Shield and Betternet), with no native macOS/Linux apps. Independent testing by Top10VPN found the iOS kill switch leaked the real IP address on disconnection, and the app shares device identifiers and IP addresses with advertising partners — at odds with the company's stated no-activity-logging policy.
