In short: VPNBaron costs from €4.99/mo; free option: None, 7-day money-back guarantee (with traffic and session limits). Platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
A Romanian provider (operating under various brands since 2014) focused on censorship circumvention — instead of WireGuard it uses the Hysteria2 and VLESS·Reality protocols, which disguise VPN traffic as regular HTTPS for networks with active blocking. Its no-logs policy is self-reported without independent audit.
