WASEL Pro
In short: WASEL Pro costs from $7.5/mo; free option: None. Platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
A VPN aimed at users in the Middle East, with OpenVPN-over-SSH and Shadowsocks protocols for bypassing DPI blocking in heavily censored regions. At the time of checking, the official site's SSL certificate had expired, and a company co-founder confirmed in an open interview that the service stores session metadata (traffic volume, connect/disconnect times) — directly at odds with the "no logs" policy claimed on the site.
